Eleanor was a classicly trained scientist, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree by thesis from Sheffield University. Her interest is in the healing nature of empathy and compassion as well as the latest scientific research into empathy neurons and the social significance of these discoveries. Her published book was endorsed by Paul Ray of Cultural Creatives fame and she is now researching and writing on spiritual and religious tolerance.
